Chuck and Rita arrived on time the very next day. Rita went upstairs and began cleaning the carpet. Chuck took my wool area rug out to concrete to clean with cool water. They did a great job and the carpet looked new again and smelled fresh. Chuck had explained their cleaning technique to me in detail on the phone before I hired them. I recommended them to my daughter and mentioned she should take advantage of their October special. I will use them again when needed.

Explained the cleaning process in great detail
Chuck explained the cleaning process in great detail. He discussed current and future options for cleaning and maintaining the carpeting. Chuck arrived promptly at the start of the appointment time. The carpet looked new once he finished. The cleaning expense quote was consistent with the end charge. I highly recommend this company. I will use them again when needed.

Chuck was very professional. He took time and care in explaining the process and setting realistic expectations. He cleaned my carpets and all the ceramic tile. It was a good experience. I would hire him again.
