Emergency care (24/7) and urgent care (7 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily), all under one roof. Legacy ER & Urgent Care - Allen is the place to go when you’re not sure where to go — from fevers to fractures and allergies to chest pains — we have you covered. Every patient is seen by emergency medicine staff at every visit. We will always be upfront about the billing and you’ll only be charged for the level of care you need. Our combined emergency room and urgent care is fully equipped with on-site labs, X-ray, ultrasound and CT, so you can feel better, faster.
