  • Neela Forzisi

    Neela Forzisi is a Pilates Method Alliance (PMA®) Certified Pilates Teacher. She received her comprehensive Pilates education from Peak Pilates in 2011. She is also a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher specializing in therapeutically-oriented yoga and a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM®).She also holds two certifications in TRX® Suspension Training ® and in both Keiser and Schwinn cycling programs. She subsequently went on to receive a Masters in Pilates Teaching Diploma in 2015. She coaches all types of individuals from athletes to the idler, teenager to senior.

    Maria is originally from Brazil, where she grew up dancing ballet and jazz. It was also in Brazil where she had earned a bachelor degree in Physical Therapy, a postgraduate degree in Orthopedics and got her first Pilates instructor certificate. After a change in path, moving to the USA (in 2013) and after having her two daughters, she decided that was time to revive that old passion and became a Pilates instructor once again. Therefore, she went through a 500 hr. CP teacher training program to get her second certificate. She has also completed many continuing education courses such as Pilates Biomechanics and an Expertise in spine issues and rehabilitation using Pilates. Maria is happy to be able to unify her physical therapist background and pilates to help people to find their mind-body connection and achieve a better posture, tone, and quality of life. She is passionate about movement and truly believes it's healing!

    Master Instructor

    Susan, has been a dedicated teacher of Pilates for over 23 years. Susan began her fitness career as a fitness model and competitive body builder. She sought out Pilates as a way to balance her training and lengthen her bulky muscles. She connected instantly with Pilates. Pilates changed her life and her body and became the perfect match and career for Susan, harmoniously combining the body with the mind. Susan is very passionate about teaching Pilates and educating people about their bodies. She teaches with compassion and with intellect. She brings a smile and positive energy to every session and class and strives to offer each client a beneficial and enjoyable experience.

  • Paige Cockroft

    Paige Cockroft has been teaching Pilates for 5 years, and is comprehensively trained through Polestar Pilates International to teach Mat and all Pilates apparatus. She has a Bachelors degree in education from Texas A&M University. Paige has a background in gymnastics, dance, and competitive cheerleading. She has practiced Pilates throughout her adulthood and loves the physical and mental benefits it can offer. She decided to become an instructor to encourage and help others discover the benefits Pilates can provide. She truly believes in Pilates and has seen first hand how it can build strength, flexibility, and balance to enhance a person's everyday life.

  • Cindy Hoffman

    Cindy is a 22 year veteran of the health and fitness industry. Earning her first Personal Trainers certificate in 1994, she continues to pursue advanced health and wellness education. Earning a Business Management degree from Oklahoma Wesleyan University, she currently holds several certifications from the Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (CHEK) institute, including Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Tennis Conditioning, Balanced Body University Pilates instructor, TRX, Trigger Point Performance Therapy, and Functional Training from the Institute of Human Performance. In 2013, she began studying the work of Guy Voyer, DO, Internationally recognized French Osteopath, and Physiotherapist. His teachings on the importance of fascia, myofascial stretching, proprioception, and segmental spine stabilization techniques including the ELDOA, have vastly expanded her knowledge and effectiveness. Having completed Dr Voyer’s SOMA Golf Trainer program in 2017 and earning certification as an ELDOA trainer in 2018 she incorporates Dr. Voyer’s advanced techniques in all areas of client training with excellent results. Having personally recovered from cervical and lumbar spine issues, her passion is assisting others in maintaining overall functionality and specifically healthy spines. Working with a wide variety of clientele over the years, she also has a passion for holistic wellness and physical fitness for all client levels. She enjoys increasing her knowledge, and assisting others in their pursuit of healthy lifestyles.

    Meet Madeline Bradley Throughout her childhood and now as an adult, Madeline has been an advocate of fitness and wellness. In her lifetime, she has dedicated herself to gymnastics, dance, competitive cheerleading, as well as a leadership role in drill team. Madeline’s abilities in understanding that body movement is an art that involves coordination, motivation, and self-discipline. These traits for Madeline when introduced to the world of Pilates is what motivated her to become a teacher. Madeline holds her Associates degree in Science and earned her certificate through the Club Pilates Teacher training program. In her spare time, Madeline enjoys being creative. She produces Botanical Resin art along with Modeling.

  • Adrienne Rutenis

    Adrienne has been an avid fitness enthusiast her whole life and dedicated student of the Pilates method for 15 years. But it wasn't until she had a back injury that she realized the wide scope of benefits pilates has to offer to everybody, regardless of age or limitation.  After earning her Comprehensive Instructor Certification through Peak Pilates, she has worked to expand her knowledge of the individual needs of special populations, including pre and postnatal clients, breast cancer survivors, and practical release to improve mobility.  She is currently pursing her Master Teacher Certification through Peak Pilates.  In addition to her love of Pilates, Adrienne has added health and wellness fanatic to her bio, believing whole heartedly in the importance of caring for yourself mind, body and soul.   Professional Background ⁃5 years as a Pilates Instructor ⁃10 years as a retail buyer for major department store Education and Certifications ⁃Peak Pilates® Comprehensive Certified Instructor ⁃Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist:  The Pink Ribbon Program™ ⁃Workshops completed:  Pre/Post-Natal Protocol, Practical Release, Healing Diastasis Recti ⁃Member of the PMA ⁃BS Merchandising/Marketing University of Houston ⁃AED/CPR certified

  • Sharon Freeman

    Sharon Freeman, owner of studio180 pilates, LLC, discovered her love of Pilates and, subsequent movement modalities, while recovering from the effects of chemotherapy and surgery for Ovarian Cancer. The method helped to regain strength and flexibility as well as finding positive focus through the mind/body connection. As a result, Sharon was hooked. After a variety of careers, including corporate and non-profit training, Sharon knew she wanted to pursue a different path. Her love of dance and body movement had always been a hobby that she decided to turn into a new career. She also wanted to use her new found sense of wellness to continue to help herself, and others, move through whatever life stages we encounter. Sharon has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and completed post-graduate work towards an MBA in Business Management at Texas A&M at Corpus Christi. She has dedicated herself to life-long learning and now continually seeks out mind and body wellness education and techniques to add to her repertoire. Her movement and fitness education to date includes the following certifications/trainings: STOTT PILATES Full Certification, Including Injuries and Special Populations, Pink Ribbon Program Certified Breast Cancer Post-Operative Exercise Specialist, Total Barre Certified Instructor, MELT Certified Instructor. Sharon has also completed numerous workshop trainings in corrective/modified exercise modalities regarding shoulder, knee and lumbo-pelvic issues. Other education has included kinetic sling work and myofascial lines.
